I was invited to talk about tapestry in the
Northern District Branch of the Toronto Public Library's Seniors' Club on
Feb.28th. This will be my little contribution to let people know more about what
we tapestry artists do. I'm planning to explain what a tapestry is, how we make it and a bit
of history too.
I'll write my impressions after the event.
I will also participate in the "Triennale Internationale des Arts Textiles en Outaouais 2013" taking place in August 16th to 31th at the Moon Rain Centre for Textile Arts in Val-des-Monts, Quebec. I will write about it more closer to the date.
